In the scope of robust development of its stakeholders, CGI has created a set of SBGs (Strategic Businesses Group) which can serve the purpose of development in their respective domains. Each such SBG shall have a set of KPIs and KRAs based on the domain for which it has been made. As of now, we have the below-mentioned SBGs with the scope to expand further.
